I don't know much about grading, but learning as I collect.
What would you grade these 3 dimes?
I think the one with blue colored ocean was done at the mint. Would that be correct?

colorized at mint, yes. 100th anniversary of Bluenose but they also colorized the $1 and $2 coins

Empty_Pockets, it's best to concentrate on one coin per topic. Also, the pictures need to be much larger - 576X576 pixels at least.

Yes the mint did colour that dime. To get a proper grade we need bigger pics, but I would say they are MS coins.

They look BU to me. I really like your photo of the reverse of the last one. You caught the light just right to see some lines blasting off of the back of the sails and heading up like spray (even if at an illogical angle).
