panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18893 Posts	Posted Yesterday 08:49 am a TPG will still grade a coin with no date so long as its genuine. they will print the denomination and mint mark on the slab label, but the date field will be left blank or marked with a placeholder like N.D. for No Date. they will not assign the date based on markers Report this Post to the Staff

I already know they will infer a date based on some die features, I'm just not sure what their rules are for inference and whether it will apply to this particular coin.
