Since it's a slabbed CACG coin, I'll with 66
Edited: just wondering do they notate full torch or full split bands (like the Mercs.) Just got into collecting Rosey's thanks to my SS gift from 2025

MS66, although there are clear "bag marks" on the torch on the reverse and small hairlines on the obverse device (FDR).

Yes they do, while I'm not often looking at stuff pre 1933 I'll play along, I think it could get a MS/FB as CACGS call them, this one has almost all the separation needed in the bands on the torch, especially for the year, which often is seen with nowhere near split bands I will say: MS66FB

putting aside the fact that this coin would need to be MS68 in order to be worth sending in, I'm with Freespeech57 on the marks. I think the marks on the torch keep it from a FT designation. I'm not into Rosy's but I thought PCGS uses FB and NGC uses FB, however, I'm not sure how CACG assesses the designation. if they use FB then it may have passed.

The results: CACG MS67FB Quote: putting aside the fact that this coin would need to be MS68 in order to be worth sending in I wouldn't have sent it in but I have no qualms buying it for my type set Not only did it get sent in for grading it then got sent to heritage auctions!
