These pictures are of a too low quality to help determine authenticity. Your best bet is to show questionable notes like these to a reputable currency dealer. Good luck!

def need to inspect these in hand but I am leaning counterfeit. look at the serial numbers on the 100s, they are all close in number but the notes seem to have diff wear. do they or the other 50s have a back plate number?

I agree with hfjacinto. I don't think it's a counterfeit, but I do think it has been washed (which greatly impairs the collector value), thus causing the odd appearance of the printing.
