It didn't catch on and was locked some time ago. I thought maybe a restart of the theme would have better engagement today as the issue of such pieces has become widespread. I don't proactively collect color-enhanced pieces, but have added a number of them over the years as part of other collecting endeavors. So, post your coin, token or medal that is enhanced with added color (or colour in the UK and nations of the Commonwealth such as Australia and Canada).
