I wouldn't have labelled that coin as a "restrike", as this design is significantly different; the original
Trade dollars made no mention of the East India Company - the Company dissolved in 1857 and the
Trade dollars didn't start until 1895 - and the original denomination was "one dollar", not "
Trade dollar". Plus it's noticeably heavier and higher purity. So I'd classify it as an "homage", or maybe just a "commemorative", rather than a "restrike" or even a "novodel".
