2026 D Semiquentenial Quarter Die Failure?

Matityahu New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 10/11/2026 2:24 pm Hello! I wanted to get your thoughts on this 2026 Denver Mint Washington quarter. I found this in a bank sealed roll as part of a box I purchased when they went on sale. I believe that this is a die failure error and have looked around to see if anyone else has found one but have not seen this potential error. I have attached images here for your review and thank you each for your time and willingness to look at this.
