My initial opinion is the color is added. Waiting on a pic of the obverse. Opinions?

Hmm, hard call on this one. AT or not, it does look pleasing to my eyes at least
If I would bet, I would say 60% probability of natural toning, and 40% probability of Artificial toning.

Hard to say. I'm leaning towards natural toning.

I believe it's natural. Does not have the blotchiness of AT. Looks pretty even.

For me, it would not bother me too much if the toning is artificial or natural.

Although this coin is not in a high MS grade,
I prefer blast white in MS grades anyway, because ANY toning is a mild form of surface corrosion.
If offered to me, I would remark that it is possible that the toning is artificial, in order to obtain it at a reduced price. If the price is right, I would proceed with the purchase.

At least the toning in this case does not detract from eye appeal, however, does not add to the value, either.

Either way, it is a nice coin.

There's a reason you had to ask for a pic of the obverse. Looks damaged to me. Graffiti in the right obverse field slightly covered by toning. That and the hit to liberties face and gash across liberties chest and arm, I'd pass.
