Even specimen strikes for this series often have weak braids around the ear. The reverse is very obviously flashy and has cameo highpoints. MS

They're definitely not 'cameo highpoints' and its clearly circulation wear.
Anything else is mental gymnastics.

If anyone's willing to wager the value of the coin, I'll gladly buy it and sub it to PCGS/NGC and take the under on MS60.
