This dime clash is so strong and deep that you can see it without a loupe or magnification. Details from the obverse and reverse have transferred in the deepest areas of the design with almost the full torch showing its outline on Roosevelt's jaw and chin. Hope you enjoy viewing the images as it as much as I do. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Amazing! That must've been one of the first dimes minted after the clash happened!

There was a lot of pressure behind that clash. Did you find this one in the wild?
ps. Good to see you return.

THANKS for all the 'welcome back' comments! I've been lurking all this time, but I just felt like joining in again with a post. I've got a few things to setup for image editing, but I may post some older images of errors until I can get things sorted out. This was purchased online, but for almost nothing. Yes, I'm in Florida now and it's wonderful. The weather sure is better than the cold back in New Jersey. I'm still watching for my first wild alligator and hoping that it's not waiting under my car looking for a snack.

Really cool that the lettering is easily readable in the fields. Great example of a die clash! =)
