hey guys

i was fliping though my book and I notice that on my 10 bill I notice that on the back of this bill the number bleed to the back and also to right you can see part of the seal too but it looks like a C rather then a B from the other side... so my question is this a error note? or just a regular FRN?

To the best of my knowledge this is just a regular FRN - I have had several notes myself that had "bled through". If I am incorrect, I apologize.
