Going by the obverse and that detail left under the chin I think I could go low VF on it, too.

That's a pretty decent 22-D, I don't see much wear. The first thing I look for on these is a strong reverse, this one is a bit weak but not horrible. Scans suck, but I might actually go EF if I saw it in hand.
