ATB Five Ounce Silver Coins

The bullion turkey puck is temporarily sold out at 30 K right now. It won't take them long to sell out the next 5 K when they become available. These pucks are going fast. I guess a decent design and the low price of silver are making these move. Should be interesting to see how the P pucks fair with the high mark up above spot.

Just got my Kisatchie bullion coin in the mail:

Looks almost like the P version, barryg. Bullion might go above 35,000 coins, in which case the Mint will steal from Peter to pay Paul, i.e., short the uncirculated puck mintage to increase the bullion total but keep it to 65,000 coins. Funny that number was an arbitrary number they picked for the 5oz back at the end of 2013. Interest has picked up especially on the bullion side of the ledger in the last year so they should reevaluate the total for next year increase it to 80,000 or 85,000.

Well, pictures can be a bit deceiving. The coin is actually prooflike and I couldn't take a directly overhead shot without including my reflection. So I angled the shot a bit to keep me out of the picture and then resized it a bit to bring it back into proper proportion. The advantage is that the annoying reflections are avoided, but the disadvantage is that you can't appreciate the proof surface.

I am debating on weather to order 1 bullion and 1 -P of the Kisatchie puck or just get 2 bullions.

I still haven't get the -P for the Everglade (I already got the bullion and really like it) so also wondering if I should get it or buy another bullion......

I used to collect the bullion too, but decided I had to go one way or the other due to expense and decided to just buy the P pucks from here on out. I just ordered the turkey P puck today while picking up a few MoD sets.
