Do they pay postage on the return?

Yes, they did and I requested a return label for the initially damaged coin.
I honestly think the mint does not have any quality control in place.
I'll keep this one - the next one could be worse.

It is a shame so many problems with something that's supposed to be top notch.

The biggest issue I have had was a misprinted box for one of the Sand Dunes issue.

Based on what I've received over the past couple of years, it's obvious that they have no visual final inspection. I guess they figure it's more cost effective to send out crap, have it returned, and send out a replacement order. Contrast that to The Royal Mint which puts little pieces of paper in the boxes with their coins which identify the final inspector.

Here I guess they don't so no one will know just who is not careful. I recall buying clothing with an 'inspected by' paper in the packaging!

Much more reasonable pre-sale price than APMEX but bear in mind that shipping is not included:

The question is - buy now or wait for a potential dip. Silver has been hovering above resistance levels and a drop further south appears imminent...

JMB is now also joining the pre-sale party:

If you buy just a couple, go with JMB; a roll or more, Gainesville appears to be cheaper.

I received my Shawnee P puck today from the mint. It looks great. I really like the contrast of the frosted P pucks compared to the bullion versions.

On a related note, does anyone know where to get the capsules that are identical to the ones that the P pucks come in? The mint is offering the same storage boxes for the bullion pucks that they ship the P pucks in, but it doesn't appear that the capsules are included. I tried a couple that I have, but they were too small.

Well that was fast. Just checked my tracking info and it looks like the Shawnee has been delivered to my PO Box at noon today after being mailed on Monday. Since the post office is closed I'll have to go get it tomorrow, but now I know to have it sent to the PO Box in the future.

I don't know if they are identical but BGASC sends an Air-Tite Z5 puck capsule with every bullion coin ordered. I get 10 with every tube and they fit the coin very nicely.

Maybe keep in mind for a future order...decent prices also

I've received a couple that fit the pucks nicely, but their outside dimensions are too small for the ring inside the storage box.

Provident listed their Cumberland bullion pucks this morning starting at $94.50 per single. A few bucks off of JM, APMEX, etc. Free shipping over $99 and up, but ship date is a month away on 4/28.

Pre-sales notifications are coming from a few companies. So far it looks like MCM is the lowest at $94.72 (tube of 10..check)

Keep an eye out for lower and let us know
