I suppose this could be called a noodling find,
My 7 year old daughter found this $1 on the ground this morning. It's the first one I've actually held apart from in a set .

Well done, brett5091!

I couldn't find any 2016 change over $1 coin.
It is extremely hard to find in circulation.

Where do you live, brett 5091?

I saw a few of 2016 change over $1 coin listing on ebay,
The seller lives in South Australia.

The seller has a few of circulated change over $1 coins.

I live in Adelaide, hopefully I'll find some more. I might even withdraw a couple hundred dollars in dollar coins from the bank to noodle through .

Congratulations, great find in that condition ... I've only been able to find one so far but not in very good condition! Lots of $2, quite a few 20c and just a few 5c and 10c changeover coins.

No, I don't generally look out for die cracks - any more cracks than in other years?

Not sure if this is noodling but I think there is a slight misprint since the diagonal lines are white instead of yellowish. Wondering if anyone else has come across something like this, and its value above face.
