Seller's scans made it look awfully bright compared to seeing it here. Your scan looks more natural. A little lower grade than what I'm used to seeing you buy. What made you jump on this one? Nationals aren't my main focus, but I like to buy attractive scarcer issues that are in relatively good condition for the bank, as in this case.
