The loon did not appear 'til '87. Canada did not issue any proof versions of circulation coins coins 'til '81. Your coin is Proof-Like because it came from what we in Canada call a PL set, by our definition in Canada all coins from such sets are PL coins and are graded as such Fortunately your coin it is also proof like by US definition. I'd realized some point after posting it was a goose, but, ah well, mine is cooked now I absolutely love the 1967 dove cent too, I found one roll hunting but will probably order a BU (well, PL I suppose) one.
