Yes, most of the solid numbered banknotes are desirable. However, watch out for some of the Middle-Eastern and Asian countries that seem to have a proliferation of solid notes.

Ok, I know solids are few and far between, but if a bill say has one number out from a solid like 1222222, does it just make it spendable money, or should some one hold onto it...?

There have been "almost solid" notes up for sale but they are a tough sell. In fact, I don't even know if any have received bids on them. I would keep it for personal interest but unless it was a digit followed by zeros, I wouldn't pay extra for it.
