I've been updating my walking liberty album, so I have a few walkers I can add to the stash.

Great coins! Wish we could see them all individually though.

that's serious treasure. NumisEd, I'm just wondering what compelled you to acquire that. maybe you paid for it before spot gold jumped up recently?... wishful thinking?.... nice shiny stuff. wow.

I am re-organizing my stack and decided I need to add a bit more gold. Regarding 1 oz gold coins, I prefer graded/slabbed Gold Eagles over gold bullion in a tube.

Won a Philharmonic gold bullion coin at our coin club meeting on Tuesday. It's not the 1-ounce version, though. Didn't know they made 1/25-ounce gold coins but I have one now!

I can I say I added this one to my stash. I paid under current melt price just 3 weeks ago.

Nice gold coins NumisEd and hfjacinto! I went to annual local coin show today. Got 50 circulated Peace dollars for my stack. I did a magnet test and ping tested. Now I'll look through them closer to see if there are any interesting errors or clashes just for fun.

I see a 1935 in the stack, and one other 30s dated one, but the last digit is hidden. Looks like you got a good assortment of dates unlike what you sometimes get which is mostly 1922-25

My Peace dollar collection was actually 50% pulled from the AU pile at the local coin shop. He let me pick the nicest ones, back in 2019, the Peace dollar was an unwanted coin, the set in the AU pile was everything from AU to MS. Anything below AU was in the cull pile. I paid ~$17 for 50% of the coins.
