And THREE BIG CHEERS to our neighbors to the north! Although I am a good five hour drive from the boundary I STILL get Canadian coins in change. They usually pass without incident, as most people do not look at their change. In fact, I was carrying a Canadian dime and the woman said, "Oh, you DO have a dime!" {At the checkout} Tit for tat, the saying goes - I'll pass on yours if you pass on ours.

Three brave Canadians! Very cool. And 25 bold Americans! So far we have 28 contestants. I can't wait to see what the first round winners come up with. This is looking like it's going to be even more fun than I hoped.

When I go abroad (I rarely go abroad though) I take some UK coins and leave them on window sills around the place I'm visiting.
I would be happy to leave some Buffs about my locality - put some around london next time I get there. They wouldnt circulate but someone is bound to pick them up and wonder how they got there.

The drawing for first round winners will be held on April 1. Entries must be posted by midnight (EDT) on March 31.
The first round winners will have a week from the time they receive them to put the Buffs in circulation and let us know their stories. The best, most creative story wins!
We're up to 32 entrants.
