My not be too many, but those are awesome finds! I've never found a nickel older than 1960, but I haven't been roll hunting that long either.
I've never seen the Millennium one before. Is it a coin or a token?

I haven't found anything in a roll before that isn't a coin. I guess someone thought your token was a quarter? I love the dove design though  Today's nickel find, a very nice '64:   Is it just me, or I can see the beaver from the other side  |

Mr. Click, I was hoping your dime would have had the broad leaves pattern used between 1911-13, at least then one could say it definitely had 92.5% silver.. but it seems to have the small leaves pattern used for 7 years of 92.5% Ag, and 17 years of 80% Ag.. No way to tell which it is as the weights were the same. Of course, in terms of a year, find the raised dot under the central knot of the wreath, and we'll all cheer your fantastic 1936 dot jackpot! :)

Picked up 73 rolls of pennies at the banks today. Older Canadian finds were: 1942, 1944(2), 1946(2), 1950, 1951, 1953, 1955(2), 1956(3), 1958(2), 1959. Also found 8 wheat cents, a 2009D, a 1982 US with wood graining, a 2000 UK one penny, a 2 euro cent, and a Chinese coin. Best finds were 2 2006 magnetic no logos. Has anyone with a USD Chequing Account ever tried to bring rolled US coins to the bank and deposit it as USD (in Canada)? If so, what were the results? Just curious because I find a lot of US pennies and it would allow me to save up spending money for my next trip to the states at a discount. Edited by o-train

O-train, That is an intriguing question. It has been my experience that the banks do not give exchange on coinage, but I am interested to see what they do with a US account.

Got $7 in pennies. Found 2 George VIs (both 1943), and 2 LWCs (1946, 1956)! And if that wasn't lucky enough, I also found a 1979 double 979 with still some red showing! Today is a great day!  |

At the base of the CN Tower I bought this old note off a tourist:  Yeah, not that old and a bit mistreated, but still fun to find. I like how our notes actually change their designs every so often - if this was an American note nobody would have even noticed its age  |
