I'm confused about when the actual release date is for this new batch of coins everyone is talking about (the dreamcatcher, the third dino, etc.). Are they going to be on sale for MC in the first week of June? Thank you for clarifying:)

Ok ya the sunset one is better looking then the others for sure, but if I buy the sunset I will want to buy the others lol, maybe I will just wait and see what I want or don't want from this release first.

Are they going to be on sale for MC in the first week of June? Thank you for clarifying:) The rep e-mail yesterday said the new coins will be "announced to the general public on June 4.". MC usually get a one week pre-release period but strangely that didn't happen yet today. Yet another in a long list of twists from the RCM's moving target playbook. Seems that no one can predict what they will do or when. BTW, the new dino is not the third dino. It's the first dino in a new series of engraved silver coins.

just got off the phone with a rep. and he said he expects the website to update soon, in the next 3-4 days..also talked to a another rep and he thought it was weird that no-one was ordering today, I said that's because we can't see anything, he was willing to tell me all the coins available and I could order what I wanted, but also said they are not told when website will update because of all the leaks..so basically it's anyones guess when it will actually happen..if you are a mc and know what you want they will take your order now..

He has what looks like cotton gloves, appears to know what he is doing, if he didn't have gloves on then ya I for one would not be buying from him. Side note, I have one 1oz silver maple coin that I handle almost everyday (without gloves) sometimes just looking is not enough lol. It keeps my hands off the rest of my stash. Plus a 1oz nickel walking liberty, tell you the truth I like the 1oz nickel bullion coin better then the silver , its bigger and keeps a gleam like chrome... its a beauty!

Why should there be so much confusion and secrecy associated with selling coins to MC members? According to the RCM website these are the benefits of MC membership: http://www.mint.ca/store/mint/custo...club-1100006Based on this description of privileges, do you folks feel that MC members are really getting their money's worth? Also, why would one want to buy coins before one has even seen a decent picture of them? In other words, who wants to buy "a pig in a poke"?

As a benefit I see: 1. Free shipping - I use to distribute the orders, special if "hot" item ordered. 2. MC pre-sale - allows to order something limited without miss. That's all. And didn't tried to reach MC - it just came with the money spending at RCM.

Kraftd, that's awesome. I was there about 5 years ago and had a great time. I wonder if they invited local collectors?
