He said it will be:

Dinosaur, Silver Allegory; Louisbourg and Nobium in that order

Dinosaur could go anytime.

I do agree though, 19.2g is probably a misprint on the coin description.

This is the second misprint in the last few days that affected Miss Canada!!

The RCM looks like to release 1/4oz coins... With a 22$ 1oz spot price for silver on the market, looks like their markup is very huge! Just imagine the markup on the niobium one... 6$ of silver VS 140$ for the coins... Add another 6$ for the process of the niobium, it's 10X... If I could invest in a company with this markup on their products, I'll be happy!!

If the niobium is getting out of stock, maybe the first series will go up in value... Maybe I'll sell them!

@silveroid: Yes, the allegorical representation of Miss Canada on the new coin is similar symbolically to Britannia (UK) and Lady Liberty (US). One numismatic difference, Britannia and Lady Liberty have been used on circulating coins of their respective countries.

The considerable cynic in me thinks this is nothing but marketing hype. He tells you, you tell us and suddenly everyone thinks they need to buy. Remember, he might be talking about his allocation or MC allocation or Mint allocation. That doesn't mean dealers are sold out since of course they aren't even selling yet. I mean what are the reps going to say "Ya nothing is good this release don't buy?!?".

In the next few days, the Dinosaur will likely sell out, the Ag Allegory might sell out, the Loiusbourg could sell out but if the niobium does sell out, I'll eat my shorts. (not really - I'm not doing that.... again)

Thank you commems!

IMO coin like this should be in the RCM NCLT collection.
Will buy the silver one now. It reminds me UK / US bullion Proof coins that are beautiful.

keep in mind, the rep's job is to sell and to make as much commision as possible. With the new limit, they have to hype it up a bit more because they now have to chase more people

Not sure where you guys saw the bronze allegory was 1oz.
Silver is listed as 1oz, gold as 1/4oz... but the bronze one has nothing specified in term of oz. At least, I haven't seen anything about this.

Until an hour ago, the website said 1oz Bronze in the coin title. The e-mail from rep said 1 oz Bronze.

I don't believe there's anything "shifty" going on at all. A simple mistake was made and subsequently corrected in a timely manner.

Yes, it would have been better if the site updates were more thoroughly QC'ed before the site went live, but mistakes happen.

Who here on the forum hasn't made a mistake that they had to correct?

Yup totally agree. Just a typo on the website and in the e-mails. However, the Impressions catalogue delivered today is correct. Batting .333 will get you into the Baseball Hall of Fame.

The real 'error' is in minting a 19.2 gram coin instead of one ounce. I mean, really, we're talking about a few cents worth of copper in this coin, most of which they likely got from melting circulation pennies.
