Issued British West Indies but saw most of its circulation in Canada.
Considered Canadian enough that it has it's own Breton # (858)

Earl it is Breton # 571 - not cataloged by Charlton's. And yes Devins & Bolton did "counter stamp everything that came in the door". You find them on foreign coins US hard times tokens and more.

That's a nice looking Lee's 3 , they say it's a blacksmith

It is listed in Charlton's as BL-24A2, but I agree it does not seem crude enough to be a Blacksmith token. It is one of the best I have seen.
