Picked these up from the Stack's 2024 NYINC Auction. In hand the tokens do not have as much red as the Tru-Views show. PC-5B2 Proof 64 Brown, Co-087 PC-5B1 MS65 Brown, Co-090

@1960NYGiants:
That's definitely two great tokens you've found. Personally, I've got into the habit of giving very little value to colors from PCGS TrueView photos.
As for variety identification, that's correct for the PC-5B1 (Courteau #090).
As for your PC-5B2 Proof, I must say that since I have not yet been able to examine a Proof token of this variety in person, I have not been able to confirm beyond doubt that it is indeed Courteau #087.
For there are certain characteristics that are quite similar, I'm thinking for example of the flaw on the obverse at the rim above the letter «O» in «Of», while on the other hand certain elements seem different (Example with the positioning of the figure «2» which doesn't seem quite the same). Anyway, I'll try to clear this up by the time my next edition of my book comes out.
Note: Prior to its appearance at the Stack's sale in August 2023, I had not yet listed this Proof token. I was curious to know where it came from.
I'm sorry if my English isn't perfect... I'm learning a little more every day.

This 1815 Nova Scotia halfpenny token falls into the Anglo-Canadian corner of the series I collect, which is the tokens of the Regency Period as cataloged by Davis in 1904 and then Withers in 1999. (Dalton covered the silver tokens more or less definitively in 1922, and that's been updated somewhat by Mays's 1991 work.)
While this Thomas Halliday product came out of the collection of the late Doug Robins, I somehow managed to win it in a regular weekly June 2018 Heritage sale of world and ancient coins. NGC's got this one at top pop -- none others submitted, of course -- with a grade of AU55.Breton 888; Charlton NS-23A1; Withers Non-Local 1426 (RR); Davis Not Local 68.

Here is one that I recently picked up. BL-35A2 or BH-26, but with a couple differences. It is a true up/down die axis and it has doubling on both obverse and reverse which I have never seen before (usually none or obverse or reverse - never both). Also very well struck - just no date present on this one.

LC-58A1 - Would this be better than VF-20? Don't know if anyone has noticed that it looks like the ampersand has a very high repunch attempt.

Quote: Finally! I always wanted one of these Magdalen Island penny tokens and now I lucked out! Looks light the token might have had an old cleaning at some point, but the seal's eye is still visible, which is nice. So strange to put a gutted fish on a token! Congratulations!
