I currently live in Brookfield , Il, which is a suburb of Chicago. It has a world class zoo, so if you are in Chicago, it would be worth while to visit Brookfield, Zoo.

San Diego, CA, and looking forward to the Coin-A-Rama coming up in less than a month. Trying not to come off as a buying/selling/trading post right off the bat, but I do want to let people in SoCal know that it is coming up. hope to see some of you there.

all you newbie's, I live in Lakeport, Ca. Hey vitaquest you should ask that question; "I'm a "newbe" and not a collector, but I have a "collector" question for anyone who might be able to answer. When we had our youngest son in l976 a friend sent us a brand new two dollar bill that had been issued that year for the Bi-Centennial Celebration. It is stamped with the date April 13, 1976 (when they were issued and put into circulation) and the round "rubber stamp" of the Post Office of Cleveland, Ohio where it was purchased. It also has the Postage Stamp (issued that year with the Liberty Bell on it) attached to it (but not affixed permanently! Just barely attached at the top of the stamp!) Is any of this worth anything? Our Son and his wife just had their first son and I have passed it on to them for our Grandson with the hope that it may be worth something...if not now, some day! Any info would be great!" on the 'US Paper Money and Banknotes' under ' US coins and Currency Discussion Forums'. You'll get your answer there.

im not a coin collector but my husband has a HUGE bag of coins from at least 50 countires! and some bank notes that are almost 100 years old from the soviet union.... anyways I decided to start documenting these coins and paper money so I can see if they have any value instead of sitting in a bag :)
i love the group so far but I keep getting lost going through the sections lool so many sections! :D

Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The Pilgrim Fathers Church at the village of Delfshaven is just 15 minutes by car away; that church over there is in front of the harbour from which the Mayflower went on its voyage to the New World back in 1620.
