JFK Half Dollar Roll Hunters: Silver, Proofs And Other Finds

4 boxes from Monday.

2 Franklins, a 40%er, a 2000 S silver proof, a clad proof, and a rolls worth of NIFC.

Stopped by my emergency pickup bank and they only had $240. Someone had already come in and got half of the box.

2 boxes from Wednesday.

Skunked. 1 box was one of my dumps from last month and the other 1 had a guitar pick ender.

The teller had 2 halves and some dollar coins when I was picking up my boxes. I asked for them and he asked if I really wanted the "dirty" half which ended up being a 1964.

Awesome finds!

2 boxes searched with silver in both. Ended up with 2 1964 and 4 40%.

It would be cool if there was a total count of how many 90% and 40% half dollars have been found by members in this thread.

Finally struck a silver vein. 40 coins total. 5-90% and 35 40%. The 5 90% were 3-franklin and 2- walking liberty. Weirdest thing is that those 5 were all in the same roll.

4 boxes from Friday.

Box 1 had an ender. Only 1 40%er.

Box 2 had 2 enders. 4 40%ers.

Box 3 skunked.

Box 4 had 1 40%er.

Also found a stickered and a rolls worth of NIFC.

Here is a pic of the 5 90%. Arby that would be no doubt a challenge. It is never to late to start. We could add up everyone's weekly finds and add them to the number
