Looks to be from a run of 320k. Condition is marginal. If you can afford to hang onto it, might be worth it to do so until you can upgrade.

No - generally, one margin has to be completely missing at a minimum.

Actually, that one is worth keeping in my book since it was one of the first 2013 notes ever produced, and it's from a short run of 500K so it could be worth something.

I found these 2 star notes today while counting todays sales. I haven't found more than 1 star note in one day for months. I don't think there's anything earthshaking here.

I think so. It's only 1 of 4 star runs printed that year (even thought it is it is not a low run).
