It's color makes me believe there's something off about the coin and I gotta wonder about the grade. I admit that I'm no expert in 3CS. This was actually a cover coin for Coin World some years back. A poorly planned purchase when I was young. When I took the picture I noticed something at about 6:15 on the reverse that may be a minor planchet flaw.
