I see now that I goofed - somehow I saw this as a dollar coin, which of course was not made in 1809, and decided to go with a lowball bid. I'll stick with it, of course, whilst flagellating myself.

Runners-up can be over or under.
If there is a tie for the closest, say one was two dollars under and the other two dollar over, then the under wins.
