GR58 Bedrock of the Community United States 11951 Posts	Posted 02/04/2016 11:30 pm For me, The Ike was head side up, used a propane torch. The coin was sitting on stainless steel, the reverse is solid blue/purple. If I had to guess the OP's coin was tail side up, but sitting on a hot stove .. but just my guess.
