I would have to say everyone looked over a huge factor about that H Star Note $1. while not being a fancy serial number, it is however one of the key notes from the 2009 low print runs. Only one H St Louis run, and it is scarce considering only 320,000 were made.

I agree with American Abroad about the 2009 $1 H* being the key star, but when it comes to modern stars I do have a threshold based on condition. The H* is a keeper if found in circulation, but hardly something I would pay more than face value to own.
