The bank is now listed as "inactive" since 1978. Edit: I actually found two of them. One has a 1973 Lincoln and the other has a 1973D Lincoln. You might not be aware, the inscription on the medal's reverse is inaccurate. Though the medal was struck from metal collected from a US ship bearing the name Constellation, the ship in question was actually the second warship to be named Constellation, not the first as stated. The US Frigate Constellation was launched in 1797; it was the US Navy's first ship. It was taken out of service/decommissioned in 1845 and was out of service until it was scrapped in 1853. A new ship, a sloop-of-war was built in the same shipyard during the time when the frigate was being scrapped. It was launched with the name USS Constellation in 1854. So, while the medal you've presented is definitely a "relic" medal containing metal from a very old US warship, the source ship for the medal is a few years younger than was originally promoted on its reverse!
