Found these 2 broken die post errors - looks the same except one year apart.

Mark, in that picture with the LWC from 1957, I think there's also a Die Chip next to the L there as well. Is it gunk or is it raised metal from the Die Chip?

I'm glad it turned out to be a Die Chip. That's a "Associated BIE". It looks like "ILIBERTY". Have you checked on Cuds-On-Coins.com to see if it's listed? Cool find. :)
