Ok, so technically not ebay purchases but these purchases help fund my ebay purchases. I went to a local market yesterday and brought a large bag of coins for £45 ($61). There was a bunch of modern foreign coins and the following selection of silver including a 1887 double florin. A coin that was on my wishlist. I also found another seller with an envelope of foreign coins which contained 4 silver coins including two 50 mils coins for £5 ($7). Yeah, it's been a very long time since I've got deals like this. As Ice Cube would say - It was a good day.

I wanted a 2021 Type 1 and the OGP and this seem like the best way to get both. Considering that I bought the Type 2 for $118 in a capsule in March of 2025 I think I got a DEAL

As a follow up, take a close look at the coin. Also look at the COA..it appears to have been done using AI. Notice the odd spelling and typos on a few of the words. The first photo looks legits, but the following photos are a bait and switch.

Quote: Thought I got a steal, but realized after the fact that the coin looked a bit fishy. Luckily for me, the seller cancelled and relisted. Quote: As a follow up, take a close look at the coin. Also look at the COA..it appears to have been done using AI...
