No. 64 max at PCGS or NGC. The Morgan dollar posted by numismatic student is definitely a higher-grade example than yours. At NGC or PCGS today yours would get a 63 or 64.

So was this graded in the 80's you think? Early 80's?

Looks like a 1986 slab. If the label is green then 1986-1989.

I think it's all good. They are within a grade of what you have on the slab. Unless that means a major value change, just enjoy the 'antique' holder. Unless they is being counterfeited, too.
