No pics, but I picked up two Canadian silver dollars this week, 1965 and 1966. $11 each at my LCS. Nice additions to the 1964 silver dollar I snagged from circulation back in February.

Not so much an acquisition - found this PNC in a box lot of coins I picked up today. Estimated it cost less than a dollar. I dont collect PNCs but I can sell it on No 1851 of 5000. ELIZABETH II SILVER WEDDING 25 NEW PENCE (1972) UK  |

Picked this up at an auction yesterday, to add to my Canadian NCLT collection. Hoping to collect the other "enamel dollars" to complete a little subset of Canadian dollars. Out of a mintage of 4760, only ten have been graded PF69 UCAM and only 4 graded higher by NGC. Love the way the colors and built up enamel, pops right off the coin.  |

Just bought this stuff. Not normally the type of coins I buy, but I have no money, so had to go cheap. Plus I just got my first 3 ring binder with 2×2 pages in it, and am anxious to fill it up. That is a non-silver Ike proof btw.   |

I just have to wonder why they cant make the faces on the Canadian NCLT (and other modern coins) look less like mannequins. Something to do with a virtual world perhaps  I mean, look at Ike on the Liberty Bell....he looks like a real person |

@ Dencor I appreciate the info of only 10 NGC pr69 2007 enamel silver dollars. I have one also. What did you pay for yours? I paid $89 usd. I bought it at auction in AZ. It's a very cool coin. I also didn't know the final Mintage.

@pocket change. this really is beautiful coin, I am going to try and collect the other three to make a set. I paid $42 USD at an auction, all the US coins that I wanted were going for stupid money, but everyone ignored this one. I think people thought it was painted. I remember the original price on these (before grading) was $129-$139. |

Dencor you got a steal of a deal!! I have a couple of the gilded their GORGOUS. @ scottk, where did you get those penny's ? Also what are they, very unique looking. They've grabbed my interest. It's the first time seeing US coins like those!! |

Received Yesterday in the mailbox.. Lovely Patina on this M.T. Thaler.. The patina is much nicer in the hand then on my photo.. Have only a small pocket camera..  |
