I think we've narrowed it down to a Zeeland silver ducat 1761-1770 minted in Middelburg, Netherlands.
If we halve that time frame we should have enough guessers to pin down this coin.
Was this coin around in 1765?

I'm going for the 67 before keith beats me to it.
My guess is a 1767 1 Ducat from Netherlands Dutch Republic of Zeeland KM# 52.4.
