I saw IGE or some other world collector post this commemorative from Romania & just knew I had to get one myself. Very inexpensive but pretty little note P-111 2000 Lei which commemorates the total solar eclipse & entering the new millennium in 1999:

Here's a scan of the actual note I received (the screenshot I posted was the seller's stock photo). Finally got access to a scanner. Nice colours & serial number (007 prefix).

Thanks guys It's a nice polymer note with a cool design but a wee bit on the small side.

This $10 from "down under" still takes first place for commemoratives (for me anyways). Its a really attractive first polymer note that must be seen (scans don't do it justice):
