1920

Ecuador 1 Sucre (1920)
This is a remainder note from the short-lived "El Banco Sur Americano", the founder never had the sufficient reserves to fund his bank, amongst other infringements the bank was ordered to close. Some signed and serial numbered 1 & 5 Sucre notes made it into circulation on sub-standard paper, they'd be a rare find.

- would be kind of cool to find some (though that doesn't mean they'd be worth much).

Germany, 50 Mark, 30.11.1918, P-65a
Because of the oval element in the middle this banknote was called Eierschein ("egg note") in colloquial speech.
