Reading left to right (normal) the first set of numbers is (#7166) PCGS Coin ID for a Morgan dollar, next after the period, is the actual grade assigned. (I can make out the 64) then a forward slash mark, then the unique PCGS serial number designated to this specific coin and slab. I made a quick diagram to illustrate this.
