It affected only half of the word 'HUNDRED', the top boarder but not the bottom as indicated by the arrows. This is normal: Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget. I believe you're being generous on your estimate of a measurement. It appears to more like a 1/16th of an inch at best. It's extremely minor. Report this Post to the Staff
nick10 Pillar of the Community United States 3207 Posts	Posted 07/17/2022 1:24 pm if it's not supposed to be like that, nearly every $100 I've seen is an error note, which I highly doubt there's a tolerance range for the location of the security strip, if you look at other $100s you'll find the strip's location varies a little from note to note Report this Post to the Staff
