Grade wise I'm inclined to go AU. I can see no wear, just a few bag marks and the toning.

thats what I was thinking too! the toning seems to be all the way around the lettering in such a weird way. It could have sat under lighting somehow for a very long time to shade that way, but I'm not sure about that. and yes the holder has 4 staples in it.
