Off-topic, but on Saturday an American tourist on a city tour I was guiding tipped me with a $2 bill. That's the sixth $2 bill I've received as a tip since March. Do you think people ask for $2 bills deliberately to give as tips (some guide books suggest $2 as a suitable tip for a tour guide for a half-day tour)? Or have some people received a $2 bill in change, don't know what to do with it and so they give it to an English tour guide to get rid of it?
