That only works if the POBox and the street address are in the same zip code. Many PO Boxes are now a different zip code.

Correct. There are probably a few different reasons, but I believe the most common is when there are more PO boxes than available ZIP+4 codes at the host PO. I know the main PO here has had at least two codes for as long as I remember. One for the PO delivery area, the other for the boxes.

My PO Box has the same zip as my home address.

FWIW My old PayPal debit card used to let me change the billing address, but haven't used that in forever.

Got mine yesterday have to say looks beautiful. That said if you collect proof Sacs, keep this one away from the others.
