Here's a piece that is often described as a 5 Francs "coin," but is more accurately described as a "token." It is a commemorative Shooting Taler struck in conjunction with the 1934 festival held in Fribourg, Switzerland. The token's obverse (the side with the shield) includes the inscription: "BON DE 5 Fr REMBOURSABLE AVANT LE 31 AOUT 1934". This translates (in English) to "Voucher for 5 Francs redeemable before 31 August 1934". The piece was redeemable at the festival, hence my "token" vs. "coin" comment. The standing fugure on the reverse is a Swiss soldier from the 1800s.
