It's snowing again, got a few more inches already, so seemed like a nice day to be lazy and go through a few rolls. Today is the first time I have found anything worth bringing up in these rolls since I have moved on to the cents. Found a 1971 UK 1 New Penny. If the rolls had not been the loose wrappers that are open on both ends, it would not have fit, as it's 1.3 mm larger in diameter than a Lincoln Cent. A very nice looking coin that I was not familiar with so did a little studying. Found that it was the transitional year to decimals. Here is also a link to Numista that gives some specs.
