Just finished researching for Mint Dies serial numbers, I went all over, nothing, even worked with AI, nothing...
So, you're on your own with the guessing. I was hoping a little research would get a few of you with the same answer for a runoff...

I found a listing on one that was used for one day only on June 7th 1998.
That ended in 868, hence my first guess of 865.
