ebay requires the confirmation be viewable online. That is why they accept delivery confirmation and not registered or certified. If you are sending something back you want delivery confirmation not certified. Even if the PO delivers it somewhere else and he doesn't get it ebay will side with you because the delivery confirmation says it was delivered. (If the item is worth over $250 though ebay requires SIGNATURE confirmation not delivery confirmation.)
