Decided to get $100 in dimes just because I could and got no silver. In fact, almost half of the coins were from the past 3 years alone. Fortunately I found this 2015-D with some truly awesome toning.

CC nice find, pretty toned coins are always a good find.
Did $70 of CWR of dimes tonight and found a 1962 and a 1994S proof, in perfect condition, second proof dime I have found.

Proof Dimes don't show up nearly as often as Nickels and Halves in my experience. I've really slowed down on the Dime (and Quarter) hunting lately. Been having so much success with the Nickels and Halves that I've kind of put them on the backburner for now.

$110 in machine wrapped rolls yielded $100 in 2016-D. The other ones were just clad.
Might be doing dimes more since my main pick-up bank said they'd start charging me for boxes, but not for loose rolls. Gonna do this until I find a new bank I can get nickel boxes from.

CrazyCat, I'll often by 25 rolls at a time from different tellers/branches. It's worked out for me just fine with the nickels. Also, you avoid dealing with the skunky all-new coins by doing this.

@ John77 Yeah, that's a good point. I'll probably have to spread the $100 over multiple banks so I can get the equivalent of a nickel box without getting charged. Didn't think about that, thanks

Did $110 from a bank I only go to occasionally and I struck silver! My first 90% finds of the year! 1964-D 1964 1953 (Hole filler) (The really black one in the pictures) Also got what appears to be a 2008-D with no clad layer on the obverse. I haven't weighed it since my scale is out of batteries. I'll put it in a 2x2 for now. It's about as thick as a regular dime so it might be plated, I don't know.

nice finds CrazyCat, especially for the amount searched. Very nice rolls. I dont know much about the 2008, but hopefully someone else can chime in.

Nice finds. I think the 2008 is just really toned. I have a quarter that looks about like that, but the copper core on the edge is even darker. How does its edge look, can you see the core (if even faintly)?

The copper core is a pretty bright red, I'll post some pictures up soon. I've been busy. Going back to college next week.
Did $110 from the same bank where I got the silver last time and got nothing.
